countunes route through color spaces
Hello everyone! London's foggy weather is legendary and so it is not surprising that an artist from this metropolis fills the countune background with a shroud of mist, apparently hardly defined and yet exact. The artists name is David Mcbride and his colorful photo mists are extremely gentle and a wonderful contrast to the passing countune-picture-strip. To this, the German pianist Moritz Ernst presents the equally delicate piano pieces op.117 from Johannes Brahms.
You are warmly welcomed to this colorfully gentle transition from summer to autumn. At the same time, it is the transition to the new, sixth countune-website-version. More to come soon.
Current site-data, September 2011:
- 39351 numbers - 990 pictures - 393,51 m length of picture strip
- daily changing background images of David Mcbride: "Color Ranges"
- weekly changing music of the pianist Moritz Ernst: "J. Brahms op.117"
- new trailer at video with Katja Ebert-Krüdener and Vladimir Valdivia
Best wishes. Yours Gerd Jansen. 1. September 2011
